Three Vegetable Pecan Casserole

1 (10 Oz) Pkg Frozen English Peas
1 (10 Oz) Pkg Frozen Lima Beans
1 (10 Oz) Pkg Frozen Green Beans
1 Medium Green Pepper, Chopped
1 (4 Oz) Can Sliced Mushrooms
1 (3 Oz) Can Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Pt. Whipping Cream, Whipped
1 Pt. Mayonnaise
1 C. Coarsely Chopped Pecans

Cook Peas And Beans Separately In Salted Water According To Package Directions. Drain. Arrange Vegetables Alternately In Casserole With A Mixture Of The Pecans, Pepper, Mushrooms, And Cheese, Reserving Some Of The Cheese And Pecans For Topping. Top Casserole With A Mixture Of Whipped Cream And Mayonnaise. Sprinkle With Cheese And Pecans. Bake At 350 Degrees For 20 Minutes Or Until Brown And Bubbly.
