2 Egg Whites
1/8 Tsp. Cream Of Tartar
1/8 Tsp. Salt
3/4 C. Sugar
1 Pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 C. Chopped Pecans
Beat Egg Whites Until Stiff. Add Cream Of Tartar And Salt. Blend Together. Add 3/4 Cup Of Sugar And Beat Until Very Stiff. Add Semi-Sweet Chocolates And Pecans. Drop By Teaspoonfuls On Aluminum Foil Covered Cookie Sheet. Bake At 250 Degrees For 25 Minutes Or Until Very Lightly Browned On Bottom Of Cookie. Makes 35 Cookies. Excellent For Freezing.
