1 Egg White
1 Tbsp. Water
1 C. Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
3/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Lb. Pecan Halves
Beat Egg White With Water Until Frothy But Not Stiff. Stir In Sugar, Cinnamon And Salt. Add The Pecan Halves And Stir Until Coated. Spread The Pecans Out On A Cookie Sheet And Bake At 200 Degrees For 45 Minutes. Stir Every 15 Minutes.
