1 C. Sugar
2/3 C. Pumpkin
3 Eggs
1 Tsp. Soda
1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
3/4 C. Flour
1/2 C. Pecans
Stir All Ingredients Together. Grease Cookie Sheet And Line With Wax Paper. Grease Paper. Pour Batter Onto Cookie Sheet And Sprinkle With Pecans. Bake 15 Minutes At 350 Degrees. Sprinkle A Towel With Powdered Sugar. Turn Cake Onto Towel Upside Down. Leave Wax Paper On. Roll Up And Let Cool. Unroll And Take Wax Paper Off. Spread With Filling.
Filling:
2 Tbsp. Butter
3/4 Tbsp. Vanilla
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 C. Powdered Sugar
Mix Filling Together And Spread On Cake. Roll Up And Sprinkle With Powdered Sugar.
