Praline Cheese Cake

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3(8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 350o for 10 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour mixture over graham cracker crust.
Bake at 450o for 10 minutes. Then reduce oven temperature to 250o and continue baking for 30 minutes longer. Loosen cake from rim of pan and cool before removing rim. chill thoroughly. Before serving, brush top generously with pure maple syrup. Serves 12 to 15
