3 C. Granulated Sugar
3/4 C. Karo Syrup
2/3 C. Water
2 Egg Whites
3 Tbsp. Jell-O (Optional)
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans
Mix Sugar, Syrup And Water Together And Boil Until Hard Ball Stage. Beat 2 Egg Whites Until Fluffy. (Add 3 Tablespoons Jell-O To Whites And Beat Until Fluffy. This Is Optional.) When Syrup Has Reached Hard Ball Stage, Pour Slowly Into Egg Whites While Mixing. Beat Until Almost Hard. Add 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Or Flavoring. Add Pecans And Drop By Spoonful Onto Wax Paper.
