Pecan-Date Tea Sandwiches

2 (8 Oz) Pkgs. Cream Cheese, Softened
3-4 Scallions, Diced-(Tops And All)
1/2 Cup Black Olives, Diced
1 Cup Schermer Pecans, Chopped
1 Cup Fresh Dates, Cut In Small Pieces (Not The Already Cut Sugar-Coated Dates)
2 Loaves Honey-Wheat Bread

In A Bowl Mix Cream Cheese. Blend In The Scallions, Olives, Pecans, And Dates. Spread Filling Over A Slice Of Bread And Then Add A Top Slice. Trim The Crust From Edges. Cut Into Four Finger Sandwiches. Continue Until You Have Finished The Whole Batch.

*You May Use Any Amount Of Scallions, Dates, Olives Or Pecans.*
