1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Mix with a fork the softened cheese, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Add 1 cup of pecans and mix well. Shape into a ball. Roll in 1/2 cup of pecans and 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley. Refrigerate. Serves 6-8.
