3/4 C. Coarsely Chopped Pecans
1 C. Chopped Celery
1/4 C. Chopped Parsley
1/3 C. Chopped Onions
1 C. Tomatoes (Cooked Or Canned)
1 Egg, Beaten
1 C. Wheat Germ
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Salad Oil
Combine All Ingredients. Place In Greased Baking Dish And Bake In A 350 Degree Oven For 40 Minutes Or Until Firm. Serves 2 To 3.
