2/3 Cup Coarsely Chopped Pecans
2 To 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Remove Rind From Top Of Cheese, Cutting To Within 1/4-Inch Of Out Side Edges. Place Cheese On An Ungreased Baking Sheet And Arrange Pecans Over Top. Sprinkle With Sugar. Broil 8 Inches From Heat 3 To 5 Minutes Or Until Sugar And Cheese Are Bubbly. Serve With Crackers.
