1 C. Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar
3 Well Beaten Eggs
4 C. Cake Flour (Reserve 1 C. For Flouring Fruit)
1 Tsp. Soda
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 C. Whiskey (Milk Or Juice)
1 Lb. White Raisins
2 C. Chopped Dates (1 Small Pkg.)
6 Slices Candied Pineapple (2 Each: Red, Yellow And Green)
2 C. Candied Cherries (Red Or Green)
6 Or 7 C. Pecans
Cream Butter And Sugar. Add Beaten Eggs. Add Alternately Dry Ingredients And Whiskey. Mix Well. Mix Reserved Flour With Chopped Fruits. Add Fruit And Pecans To Cake Mixture. Use A Teaspoon And Drop On Greased Cookie Sheet. Bake In Slow 250 Degree Oven For About 20 Minutes. Yields Approximately 12 Dozen. These Will Keep Indefinitely In Airtight Container.
