2 sticks margarine
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. cool whip
3 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon or chocolate instant pudding
Cut margarine into flour until well blended. Mix in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 of the powdered sugar. Pour evenly in a 9x13-inch greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool crust.
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Combine pudding with milk and beat until smooth and thickened. Spread over first layer. Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over first two layers and sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.
