1 C. Small Curd Cottage Cheese
2 (8 Oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, Grated
1/4 C. Finely Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Oz. Roquefort Cheese, Crumbled
1 Medium Onion, Finely Grated
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Of Seasoned Salt
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans
1/2 C. Chopped Parsley
Combine First 7 Ingredients, Mixing Well. Shape Mixture Into Two Balls. Roll Each Ball In Pecans, Then In Parsley. Chill Thoroughly. Serve With Crackers. Yields 2 Cheese Balls.
