Coffin Muffins

2- c. brown sugar
2- eggs, beaten
1- c. melted margarine
2- c. sifted flour
1- tsp. almond extract
1- c. pecans

Melt margarine. Add sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add flour and almond extract. Fold in pecans. Bake in two 8-inch square greased pans (350 degrees) until light brown. Cut into squares and dip in powdered sugar or leave plain.
