1 C. Butter
1/3 C. Sugar
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 C. Sifted Cake Flour
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 C. Crushed Corn Flakes
1 C. Chopped Pecans
Powdered Sugar
Combine Butter, Sugar And Vanilla. Cream Until Light And Fluffy. Sift Together Flour And Cinnamon. Add To Creamed Mixture, Mixing Well. Stir In Corn Flakes And Pecans. Shape Dough Into Small Balls And Place On Lightly Greased Cookie Sheets. Bake At 350 Degrees For 20 To 25 Minutes. Cool Slightly. Remove From Pan. Sprinkle With Powdered Sugar While Warm. Tields About 4 Dozen.
