Buttery Salted Pecans

1 Egg White
8 C. Pecans
Salt To Taste


Beat Egg White Until Stiff. Fold In Pecans And Mix Until They Are All Covered. Spread Pecans Out On Cookie Sheet Which Has Been Lightly Sprayed With Pam. Bake For 30 Minutes In A 300 Degree Oven. Salt To Taste.
