Banana Pecan Muffins

1 egg
2 c. baking mix(Bisquick)
1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 to 1 c. Schermer Pecan pieces

Spray 12-muffin tin with oil. Beat egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until moist. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake at 400o for 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan
